Our pool is solar heated. Pool season practically speaking begins about April 1 and ends around October 1. For the hearty, the pool is always available. Our warm winter sun can make the pool a year round relaxation destination.
The high desert is a year around climate. We do not have the scorching heat of the low desert in the summer. For many, the summers are the best with the cool mornings and dreamy gentle evenings with late summer light.
The mountains surround our village and many speak to an experience a profound sense of peacefulness and security within minutes of arriving. (It will be one of the quietest places you will ever be.) It has been interesting to find many of our guests are woman (sans men.) As said in reviews, there are other guests and staff always around, so no one is ever alone . . . unless they choose to be.
